Project One Focus is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in Houston, Texas, in 1999 by dedicated community members who recognized the urgent need for educational and outreach services in underserved communities. Since our founding, we have been committed to bridging gaps, fostering inclusivity, and creating equal opportunities by addressing systemic challenges faced by many in our community.

Our mission is to uplift and empower individuals and families through comprehensive programs in education, advocacy, and community support. We believe that by working together with local partners and leveraging community strengths, we can drive meaningful, sustainable changes and help make Houston a model city of unity, support, and opportunity.

Over the years, Project One Focus has reached thousands of individuals through programs that prioritize personal and community development. We have actively worked with adjudicated teens, offered educational support, and provided vital resources to help individuals achieve their goals.
