Project One Focus is a Houston-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We help students, adults and families move forward — through classrooms, counseling, mentoring and a community pantry, offered with dignity and without judgment.

More than twenty-five years in the same community

Project One Focus was founded in Houston in 1999 by community members who saw an urgent need for education and outreach in underserved areas. We have been doing that work ever since.

What began as a local response to a local need now reaches families well beyond Houston. Wherever we work, we partner with the organisations already there rather than replacing them — because lasting change is built alongside a community, not handed to it.
