Project One Focus proudly hosts the Annual Health & Wellness Fair, a free community-centered event serving Houston and the surrounding areas. This event is open to all individuals and families, providing access to vital health services, resources, and support—all in one place.
We offer:
- Free physicals and basic health screenings through our on-site mobile medical units
- Access to licensed social workers, therapists, and psychologists for mental wellness checks and support
- Health vendors and booths promoting nutrition, fitness, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices
- A safe, welcoming environment for people of all ages—from children to seniors
This event is designed to uplift our community by connecting residents with the care they need and the information to live healthier lives. Whether you’re checking your blood pressure, picking up wellness materials, or speaking to a professional about your mental health, this fair is for you.
We especially welcome underserved communities and families seeking holistic support—mind, body, and spirit.
